Options for bedtime bottle transition

Ok so my LO will be 12 months September 18th and my concern for her bedtime bottle is growing. With my other two babies I just stopped the bottle at 12 months which worked fine and I want to do with this baby as well but I don't even remember what I did with them because there's a 7 year gap between this baby and my youngest lol anyway right now our routine is play time, bath, bottle and off to bed she goes. Should I do some milk in a sippy cup after I take away the bottle and then put her to bed? Or what will you guys be doing/have already done?
