So am I bleeding too much?

Okay so I lost my V card a few days ago (FINALLY!!!) and I was expecting a bit of blood, but I thought just some spotting. Then it was more than that. Like, might have permanently ruined some panties bad. After a day I stopped bleeding right? So I decided to masterbate tonight and when I was done, I noticed that I was bleeding again. Still pretty bad. So my question is, is this normal? Should I see an OBGYN for possible tearing? Or did my period (which is supposed to come in a few days) come early and I can't feel it yet? I'm not in any pain right now, just bleeding and confused
