I'm feeling really nauseous right now. I can't even go back sleep, I'm feeling so sick to my stomach. Does this mean labor is near? I haven't felt like this at all during pregnancy and I don't know what to do. My back is starting to hurt like hell. I know it's super early but please comment. I'm starting to panic.
