Weak plecenta

Okay so I'm 36 weeks and my specialist dr. Told me today my placenta is weak meaning my baby is not getting as much oxygen and nutrients as she should and she's measuring small she weighs 4 pounds 11 oz he said I'll most likely have her early. I didn't ask to many questions I go back in a week for another growth test. Please if you know any info about this update me please I also forgot to ask him if I would be having a c-section or natural because if she came early I have so much things running through my mind. 😫
