First trimester symptoms coming and going ?

Hi I am 5 weeks and 1 day, yesterday afternoon i noticed that my boobs were not as sore as they were previously. I have started some morning nausea but nothing over the top. Just concerned because this is what happened last time with my mc my boobs stopped hurting . I am little worried and no point going epu now, probably wait till at least 7 weeks. But anyone who is experiencing something similar?

Yep! my symptoms come and go. I'll feel less pregnant for a day or 2, I worry, and then the symptoms come back worse. I've noticed (well my husband has pointed it out to me), that the day or 2 my breasts don't hurt as bad they look bigger than before. and then they hurt again really badly, then more of a dull pain and look bigger again. plus at different times of the day I feel more or less symptoms.

Planned pregnancy LMP 7/9  ovulated 22/23 Im 4 weeks and 4 days i started to feel different 5 days post ovulation. Sore breast, some occasional nausea. 
No sign of a period yet but concerned because I've been noticing that my Brest are hardly sore now and the UCG 's are Neg been testing everyday since post ovulation day 10 ... 
Patiently/Anxiously waiting for the Pregnancy "Pos" Hormone to rise enough for it to show in the urine . 
Asked my doc to do a beta HCG Quant through blood will have an answer soon.
