Why do my period days keep changing?

I've always had irregular periods and since December, they've started becoming regular (always starting on the 22nd). I started my period today, which throws everything off again. I don't get it.

Answer

It could many things stress can change the date or just because there is more days in last month than this month. Weather. If it is that big of a deal you should talk to your obgyn asap. Wait til next month to see if it on the same day or a dramatic change than see your doctor.
