WEIGHT LOSS AFTER C SECTION???

how did you mommies lose weight after your c section??? diet & exercise tips pls

I am 15 weeks pp I have managed to lose all my baby weight. I didn't put much weight on in the first place only 14lbs. Three weeks after I had my son started to eat healthy and I went for a walk every other day. I found if I was to active my caesarean scar started to hurt. In that last four weeks I have been going to yoga, and swimming four times a week. I will admit my lower part of my stomach just above my scar is still a little flabby but it's only been 15 weeks. It takes up to one year for a woman's body to get back to normal. I won't cut my self up about it at the end of the day my body has carried my beautiful little boy for nine months so even if it takes some time to get back to my pre pregnancy body I don't mind.

One  year pp after c section. This is after my 4th baby.  And I have to admit I have done zero toning haha obviously. But it took me the longest to loose the weight after my third I think because recovery was so long. My other two were vaginal births and I bounced back quick. I weigh 125 and I'm 5'2.5  i started eating healthy and walking a ton. I'm now starting in on my abs :( ha good luck mama!
