Can heating pads help to trigger ovulation?
I have been <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> for 4 months now with OPKs. I didnt get + OPK in any cycle but last cycle. Last cycle i had high fever in my period. when i recovered, i got a + OPK on CD 11. I dont know what changed except me having fever on my periods. So i thot may be my uterus and overies were at high temperature cx i had high fever and maybe heating that area could help in ovulation. I dont know. I am just wondering. 😂 pls let me know.
