If u practice glow as birthcontrol n not have intercourse at the high fertilized days how safe us it not to become pregnant?

We ask that you do not use Glow as your only form of birth control. The Fertility Awareness Method, which Glow is based on, can be extremely effective - but it requires diligence. YOU MUST chart BBT every day. You must track your CM. And even supplement with OPKs. And check your cervix. When done correctly, FAM is incredibly effective - as is Glow. But you must commit to the effort wholeheartedly. So the answer to your question depends on you. Hope this is helpful.

I just posted a topic that is related to this. sry i didn't get see this first. I'm wondering the same thing. Glow will not be the only form of birth control but we would like to know when it is safe.
