Why do some health care provider automatically think because your plus size that you will have high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, and you'll need to be induced or have a c-section. I know it puts you at higher risk but don't just automatically throw someone in the high risk category based off of weight.

I'm trying for a home birth with this pregnancy and one of the midwives on the team always states I will end up with high blood pressure and that a hospital birth is my only option. It makes me so frustrated! Like I just want to prove her wrong. I've seen so many plus sized mums give birth at home... why can't I be one of them!!!

Sorry ladies I just needed to vent! I just don't like being judged based off my my weight. I know people with lower BMI's with complicated pregnancies and have several health issues. 😒😒😒😒
