I think I have a clogged milk duct. There is a hard line starting from my areola. I tried taking a hot shower and massaging my breast then pumping. This worked two days ago but then it came back today. I tried those steps again and it is still there. I want to get rid of it before it gets worse. Right now it is not painful only when I press hard on it. Any suggestions??
