I have been on different types of pills and also the ring. Lately I have wanted to get off hormonal birth control just to see how my normal body works and to see if it helps restore my sex drive. I started it when I was 17 and I'm now 22. I haven't had a period since I was 18.

I'm looking into other non hormonal methods besides condoms because let's be honest, people in long term living together relationships kinda slack off condoms when you're use to not using them.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with paraguard(I have heard horror stories on google) and the diaphragm (caya)

I have also heard getting a diaphragm prescription filled in the us is impossible? I also read that if your partner is more well endowed that it can knock the diaphragm out of place and break the seal.

Any one have any experiences with this?
