Confused

Past 3 days I've had positive pregnancy test the bottom two are the most recent they are very faint but there and you can even tell in person . I went to the hospital for a blood test and they told me it was negative a 5 why is every test I'm taking showing up positive but not my blood ?? Has anyone had this happen before
