Ladies, please help.

Took an OPK yesterday morning around 9 am and it was negative but a distinct test line.

Last night I had a streak of blood in CM before sex, and some light twinge cramps.

This morning at 9 am i took an OPK and it was visibly darker, almost as dark as the test line but not quite. I figured I'd O tomorrow and was super happy!

This afternoon (3 pm) I took another OPK and the test line completely disappeared! Please tell me I'm not having an anovulatory cycle :( so worried and upset here
