Ok ladies.. just looking for some ideas. I have the witch hazel pads and the numbing spray but my dear heavens. I have a few stiches but one (tmi) is right between my peepee hole and clitoris. When I pre it burns like I'm told a bright red poker in it and I can't breath. any tips? I'm hoping to get a sits bath with epsion salt in a bit and see if that helps. Sitting.. standing and seeing are my enimeies.. even try to roll in bed and not rub that such or the torn spots in killing me 😥
