Full body black tattoo

Im a fan of tattoos and was going through a page that does geo tattoos and found another artist that did Geo tattoos but I noticed they also did full arm black tattoos. I was wondering what you think about the full body black tattoo. I went through the person who got its page and saw the very last picture where it seemed he was making fun of someone. I don't see how artists are ok doing this to someone's whole body
