Pregnant with degenerative disc disease-HELP!
I just found out we are excitedly expecting, I am maybe 4+ weeks. (With our 4th) Due April 14th! I was diagnosed this past December with degenerative disc disease, I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc in my lower back, I have frequent pain (especially after being on my feet for a long time) and I wanted to know if any other mommies have had this issue? How did you deal with it? What helped you when you were in the later stages of pregnancy?
