Conceived with PCOS?

Anyone here who has conceived with PCOS? what did you do?

I did! I had started eating veryyyyy healthy before i found out i had pcos! And at the results of my ultrasound for pcos they told me i had it and at the time i hadnt had a cycle in 3 months which for me was normal to skip like that. So they prescribed me meds to start a period then once i had that were going to put me on clomid. Well i told them id get preggo on gods time with or without the meds. And the day before i was going to atart the period meds i had spotting whoch was odd! So i tested and was 3 weeks!! I deff thank god! But i also think me eating so healthy for the previous month and working out played a good role cuz id never eated that healthy. I was doing 21 day fix

I did! I went to a fertility clinic for one month and then got pregnant. they gave me clomid to make my eggs grow and a trigger shot to make me ovulate

I did. I did light exercise and eat a balanced diet.
I try to limit stress, utilized opks and was tracking periods and symptoms for any patterns I could find. I also took Femaprin (or something like that), daily.
I did not see a doctor or use prescribed fertility drugs.
