I have scheduled a doctors appointment, but I really want to know what ya'll think. It might really help me calm down or start mentally preparing myself for a diagnosis. I had unprotected sex about 8 or 9 weeks ago. I didn't notice anything funky until a couple days ago. I had a little bit of discomfort peeing and itchiness. I read up online and thought it could be yeast so I used some tea tree oil down there. The next day, I had EXTREME itchiness. I itched it a lot (plus I have long nails). I took a look, and noticed the area near where my labia and lip meet was bright red and bleeding at a couple spots both on the right and left. The next day, there appeared to be a sort of line cut. It was bright red and about and inch long. The day after that, the cut thing wasn't really there. I included a picture from today, the fourth day since I noticed the blood. I don't see any sort of lesions or ulcers. Again, I'm going to see a doctor, but I just wanted to know what you thought. Does it sound like herpes or maybe just intense irritation? It's a little tender and I still have the occasional minor itch, but there isn't any pain or discomfort Also, I've always had those little bumps there, so they aren't blisters of any sort.
