Has anyone experienced constant stomach growling or like a gurgling sound but only on like the upper left side of belly near the ribs? It's almost like non stop and ALWAYS in the same spot. Also I can hear like the water swishing around in that same spot after drinking water and even if I don't drink water for like a whole hour it'll still happen. This has been going on for like the last few months, so most of my 3rd Trimester. This happened whether I'm hungry or full. Could there be something wrong or is this normal in pregnancy? It really freaks me out cuz I've never in my life experienced this.
