Do you still drink coffee whilst pregnant

I love my coffee 
I'm only about 4/5 weeks pregnant 
And was wondering can I drink coffee ?

One small coffee a day is okay. You just need to be mindful of other foods or drinks that also contain caffeine- like cola or chocolate

Actually,  obgyns state that 200 ml of caffeine a day (all together-coffee and caffeinated beverages), is absolutely safe. Thats about two cups.
I had my coffee every morning abd my frappucino every day.  My ob said it was ok. My daughter is 10 months old and was/ is healthy

They say to try to cut caffeine out. So try decaf
