7dpo what is it

Hey everyone I tested today fmu I'm 6 or 7dpo not sure I'm 7 days away from ad according to glow light cramping no blood boobs feel extremely sore on right one few days ago was left one it's like a tingling constant..... feel fatter than normal.... got up with the most horrible sore throat.... any help would be great fuk thank you for reading I don't suffer from this normally
