TTC don't want to be disappointed

Next week I start my period but me and my husband has been trying for 5 years and I'm so nervous because I don't want it to come I been having a little cramping just very very little . Any advice or encouragement. I went to the doctor last week and both test was negative but the doctor said it could be to early and to try again on the 19th.
