Yesterday was the first day of my period. I woke up to my usual pains, then i stood up and the pain was starting to become very unbearable. Went into the kitchen to eat a banana and get water before I take my pills when suddenly the pain was so bad I felt like i was going to throw up! Then I took a drink of water and my vision began getting blurry and I saw white spots, I felt really lightheaded and my ears were ringing. I would of passed out if I didn't get to my bed in time. Anyone else have such bad pains they experience this? Never had such bad cramps.
