Im about to turn 26, never been on birth control, never gotten pregnant but I am now in a serious relationship and decided to start using BC. My periods were very predictable and only 4 days long... The pills said to start on the first day of my period and thats what I did, day 7 and im still bleeding, not heavy but not light either with regular menstrual cramps. Is it normal to have a prolonged period as your body gets used to the hormones?? Its quite obnoxious... just sayin
