Mental Health - phone obsessed

A few months ago I could easily go without my phone for hours. When I would message my boyfriend we could go hours without talking. Now I feel like all I want to do it to talk to him. I wait for him to wake up, I feel so clingy and obsessed with him and I know it's not healthy. Now I'm always on my phone waiting for a message. And when I do send a message waiting 4 minutes for a reply feels like 4 hours. I can't ever relax because I'm always checking for a reply. I'm constantly depressed and stressed out. Any help?
