Prenatal vitamins before conceiving ?

I heard if you take prenatal vitamins while TTC that it can help with your chances of getting pregnant?! Has anyone had any success or taken any OTC meds like this that helped them conceive ?

I started taking them roughly a month ago. My dr told me she wanted me to take them 3 months before I got pregnant, I'm roughly 2 weeks late, I got a faint positive on one of my tests. I've got a lot of the symptoms of being pregnant so I'm hoping it worked 🤞🏻

I just started taking prenatal vitamins this month which is my third month trying to conceive. We are hoping for twins and I read if you double your folic acid intake it helps your chances. so I take 2x's.

I started taking them as soon as I stopped taking my birth control.. even if not TTC they have so many beneficial vitamins and minerals our diets typically don't include! I wouldn't say it "helped me conceive" but because I didn't know when I would actually get pregnant I figured I would take them so when I did my body had all the support it could get!

I started taking them when I got off BC. I tracked from oct to feb while taking them. We BD every other day in feb during fertile window and were pregnant the first month. Not sure if it's because of that or not because we didn't try without them. My dr wanted me on them for 3 months before trying.
