Am I crazy or is there a faint line?

My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. My cycles are not always the same but we tried to BD almost every day of my fertile window. but because I never know how long will this cycle be, and the ovulation tests I did always said negative, I'm not sure if I ovulated. Yesterday was my 30th birthday and he will turn 31 in a few days, he told me 2 days ago that he dreamed I was pregnant and was waiting for his birthday to tell him. We want a baby so much that I want to believe there is a line but I might be seeing things that are not there. On Sunday was very hot and I almost fainted. I've being having suuuper mild cramps but for 3 seconds and the leave. This app says I'm getting my AF tomorrow. Do you see a fainted line?
