Spotting and then pinching feeling in left lower abdomen..

I'm on CD66 and I've had no bfp had a few faint lines but that's it! And last night I wiped and there was clear mucus with pink and brown mixtures in it! And then last night and today I've had pinching..what could this be? We're trying to conceive baby #1... Help!
