Im trying to find out if its something serious! I don't know what these bumps are and what to do?

My son had these and the doctor referred to them as "milk bumps." She said nothing to worry about. My son would get them on his face and they would last a couple days and go away. Just don't mess with them and it should be fine :)

most likely baby acne many babies get it completely normal

my daughter had those on her shoulders and back. doc said it's because of lotion and soaps. that they don't need all that to just bathe her with warm water and a washcloth
