each state has a legal age and time. in my state it's 10 for anybody under the age of 18. back when I was 17 I got into trouble by the cops for being out 2 minutes after the legal time and had to go to court and pay a fine.

Depends if they are responsible or not. Good grades or at least trys their best at school work. Do they have a job? I had a job and had A's and B's I always told my mom what I was doing my days I was off work so she let me stay out till ten sometimes a little earlier depending on if I had exams and such. I think it boils down to if your children respect you and if you trust they make the right decisions. But everyone is different 😊
