How many days late before its a sure sign im pregnant. Im kinda nervouse to test and get a negative.. im 2 days late pretty sure I saw my implantation bleeding. But I have been having slight cramps in the middle of my stomach. And not often but a few times cramps in my overies. I threw up one morning but I havent been eanting to eat im just curious as to opinions
