Sinus issue

I've been looking online but I can't find anything helpful. I just blew my nose and I felt this slight pop and out came this extremely thick mucus clot. It had form but still squishy with blood mixed in and a light and brown color. I would post a picture but I don't wanna gross you out. I'm not talking about your average booger here. It was way to thick and solid.
