What does this mean?

I took a clear blue digital test and it started loading then stopped and a little book with an arrow popped up... a minute later the word “pregnant” popped up on the screen... I’m supposed to start my period tomorrow and don’t feel like I’m about to start like I normally do.. and I’ve been feeling extremely nauseous. Also included in the pics are the test strips from inside 2 different clear blue digital tests. Looking for input. Please help!

All digitals show 2 lines, that's why you aren't supposed to take them apart..The book means the test is faulty, I had one a few months ago :(
