Does anyone avoid alcohol completely when TTC?

I dont drink at all. Never have and never will😊

I don't drink a lot. But if I were to find out I was pregnant I wouldn't. This process is hard, but lots of babies are made with alcohol so it can't be bad (unless you know you are preggers IMO). And if you aren't drinking like every day LOL

I don't drink much anyway, but I did have a glass of wine at a friends wedding. Then found out 3 days later I was pregnant. ( the wedding was a week before my period was due) I really don't think the odd glass would do any harm. Just obviously stop if you are pregnant x

I do mostly, the most I have is one glass of wine but that is only for special occasions.
