UPDATE - Rash??
Any ideas? He's had it for about two weeks and it's now spreading to his stomach
. It gets worse with heat (thought it was heat rash until it started spreading)
Update - heat rash is the culprit! The last two days he's spent topless. The rash is gone, just the bumps left
