33 weeks tomorrow! Anyone else getting bad acid reflux and heartburn suddenly?

I have had it every day since the second trimester. It's horrible at night. Alka seltzer chews work really well for me, and I try to sleep as upright as possible. But honestly I'm so ready for this baby to be out of me so I get some relief!!

Oh yes! I often wake myself yo vomiting bile my reflux is so bad :( good luck!

Yes!!!! I got it last weekend right before I hit 33 weeks and it's freaking sucks!

My heartburn feels like it will be the death of me..I was up all last night with it. :(

I have had it often throughout my pregnancy and finally found it helps a bit to drink a glass or 2 of quite warm water. It gives some minor relief at least.

I avoid citrus, tomato, spicy, and heavy meals after 6. I stay completely away from red sauces at all times. It's only one more month! I'm 35&6.

And holy, the heartburn just hit me out of nowhere. I'll wake up in the middle of the night and it will be so bad. I have to sleep with a thing of tums on my nightstand now 😂
