Hormonal implant and periods

This is the week of my first period after getting my implant. I am getting all the symptoms of a period minus bleeding and cramping. During a period, I have a completely lack of appetite, am tired the whole time, and nauseous. I have all of this minus the bleeding and cramping. I know it is not in my head because I don't really keep track or than eve. I have not check eve until today. This is to be the 3rd day of my period. Has this happen to anyone else?
