Sick 😑😑😑😑

So my throats started hurting and it's getting progressively worse. I'm prone to strep so I figure that's what it is and plan on making an appointment tomorrow. My question is, if I have a fever should I go to the hospital? I normally don't go unless it's 104, but since I'm pregnant should I go in sooner? Not meaning like 100 or 102 but 103? I'm not sure what temp would be detrimental to my baby. Sorry if this is a dumb question.
