Glow and Depo Shot

I recently got the Depo BC shot. Glow keeps predicting my period, but because of this shot, I don't have a period. Is there anyway I can correct that? and two: The doctor said that there would be a knot for a couple of days after the shot, and there was a very big one. But it's been nearly a month and it's still there. Is this normal?
