Well how can I get birth control if I am not old enough and besides its without the consent of my parents ,we just have his parents permission .... And we are both 15

Planned parenthood or a local community health center shouldn't need your parents consent and should be relatively cheap. Free clinics are also available. If you can't get an appt, there are over the counter birth control methods (condoms, spermacides, vaginal "pills" that you insert right before sex) that you can purchase, although some places won't sell you them unless you're over the age of consent. Since you're so young, I would suggest waiting to have sex for another year or so at least, but overall it's your decision.
