Piercing inverted nipples?

So I'm planning on getting my nipples pierced this Saturday. Something I've wanted to do for ages. Anyhow, the main reason I want to is because its the only non-surgical way to "correct" inverted nipples. Mine aren't as bad as some, they still pop out and look "normal" when I'm cold or aroused or when I take my bra off, but any other time they sink back in. It's made me really really insecure unfortunately so I've always wanted to get them fixed. My thing is, I'm not sure what to tell my piercer, and I'm also kind of embarrassed to tell them and then of course show them, I've also heard before that some girls who had their inverted nipples pierced, the piercer didn't pull their nipple ALL the way out when they pierced it, and so then it cause some irritation and other problems with the nipples.
Anyone with inverted nipples get them pierced and have any tips or advice/insight?

Not sure if what I had was considered inverted nipples, but unless I was aroused or cold my nipples would lay flat like I literally hated them and before I'd have sex I'd simulate them just so they could poke out 😂. Anyway I got my nipples pierced last year and I love them they're not necessarily always hard, but at least they don't go flat against the skin where you can't tell the areoles from the nipple. I haven't had a problem with infection or rejection. My skin takes well to piercings and I've only seen ppl actually reject belly and tongue piercings but I know that it's possible. The only thing I can suggest is make sure your cleaning them properly. When I first got them I was told to wash with antibacterial soap(that's no longer a thing according to the FDA??🤔) and use saline solution which you can make at home so that's what I did. Plus I used antibacterial spray on them twice a day and used a q tip to apply a&d; ointment or Vaseline around the holes after the spray dried. The spray helped to loosen the blood or crust build up if necessary. I think I kept them in for a month or two before taking them out to clean them(I don't think they recommend that, but thats how I ensure I'm getting it really clean) I soak the bars and balls in peroxide and a little alcohol. Eventually I switched from metal to plastic bars because I noticed the metal actually holds an odor plus I was going in for surgery. I remember when I was younger being told that the metal from your tongue ring can rot in your mouth so I assume it can do it on other body parts🤷🏾‍♀️. Anyway now over a year later I haven't had any trouble except one of my nipples swelling, but my doctor associated it with the fact that I'm expecting. Good luck and I hope you love them afterwards.

Just because you get them pierced doesnt mean it will fix them. Inverted nipples that are pierced are more prone to infection & complications such as rejection
