This might not be a workout but I push the smallest part of my waist with my fingers and bend my body the other way and try to hold it like you're shaping your body.
So if I press hard on my right waist, I'd bend to the left a few times. I do this a few times a day and it helps me shape my waist because I tried regular workouts they just tone the abs but not exactly make it curvier. 
It's just me though maybe it'll work for you too 😂

Anyone telling you to do a specific exercise to lose weight in a certain area is lying to you. it doesn't really work that way. basically eat less and the fat you have will come.off the last place you put it on first (e.g. if as you gained weight your arms got fat amd then your stomach, when losing weight your stomach would slim and yhen your arms) if you just want a slimmer waist at your current weight/fitness level you should be looking into shaping garments rather than fitness.
