I think I'm pregnant but still having cycles/bleeding/heavy spotting?

I've a Lil pop belly that makes me look like I'm pregnant (2-3 months)....I've past history of having cycles/blood/spotting when pregnant.....I've to take a pregnancy test 1st @ home then the 2nd @ my drs (urine & blood) to confirm/denial the results & the final one is an ultrasound to make sure......I've been prescribed vitamins in case I do 😊
