I'm freaking out..

So 4 days ago I took 3 pregnancy test and got positives on all, this was 5 days before I "should" start my period.. Yesterday I went on a walk and started cramping mildly but it ceased when I sat down and rested. Then last night I started having cream colored/very light yellow discharge like I do sometimes before I start my period, this discharge also has a very distinct smell and it smells this way every cycle, so it's not an infection. I'm not sure what to think. I'm scared I got positives because of a "chemical pregnancy". This is causing me a lot of anxiety.. Thoughts anyone?
