Help!!

My last period was July 15th and ended July 18th. I started a new bc a month ago, and my doctor told me on my period pills to only take the first 4 and start the new pack.

I finished my fourth period pill and a start my new pack today. I haven't had a period yet, but last night after sex I spotted but that was it. I am on bc but we don't use condoms but he pulls out. I took two really cheap test ($1) yesterday just because I figured if I was pregnant it was read the hormones. Opinions please!

Could it maybe just be the hormones in my medicine, and that I am not pregnant?
