Bleeding

Freaking out a tad and trying not to. Little over 4 weeks today and 2 days from when I was supposed to get my period. Had a miscarriage in April around 10 weeks (baby only measured 6 weeks) but last night, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had very minimal brown and light light pink on my toilet paper. Again trying not to freak out I put it off as "implantation bleeding". Well today, I have slight, what I would call, period cramps. when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was more, but this time is was dark dark red with a little brown included. Is anyone else having this issue? I want to call the dr but wanted to post on here first to see if anyone was going through the same thing..hoping my rainbow baby is sticking and healthy.
