Is it alright to sleep on my stomach while pregnant?

Hello everyone, I'm 10 weeks pregnant and the only way I can fall asleep is on my stomach. But every night I feel guilty because what if I'm hurting the baby by sleeping in this position.... what do you guys think?

My doctor told me I could sleep on my stomach as long as I'm comfortable.

My doctor told me everything was good till week 20, when he suggested that I try sleeping on my sides (not on my back) to avoid so much weight in my aorta. He said that on my belly is totally fine but at one point it's just uncomfortable (but the babies are protected by the amniotic sac).

I've been doing the same thing. Some nights it's kinda uncomfortable but it's still the only way I can fall asleep. I started propping myself up a little. Tossing an extra pillow under my chest to keep me up a little and take some pressure off my stomach. I know it won't do much to the baby right now but I still worry lol.
I've also found another comfy position, but its not ideal. We have this couch thing that has one armrest and the other side doesn't have anything. I push that up against the arm of my other couch. I put up a few pillows so I'm basically sleeping sitting up but kinda leaning. It's super comfy and i fall asleep easily but my legs hurt the next morning & I don't get to cuddle with my bf. So I need extra blankets because I get so cold without his body heat lol.

I'm 9w5d with my second I slept on my stomach till I started getting bigger , from a few friends/family opinion they told me my body will adjust as the baby grows . If you're comfortable then don't worry . If you feel weird about it just ask you doctor (: it never hurts to ask

I slept on my belly until I was like 25 weeks and then I got too bug and it was uncomfortable and my baby is healthy and very active all the time.
