What are you doing to help with the tww?
I have been ttc for 12 months and after suffering a chemical pregnant last month I'm very reluctant to have ovulated again this month! I'm just waiting for my bbt to confirm O! But my opk's were surprisingly very dark yesterday and today so I'm very excited and grateful I get another shot to try this cycle!
I had decided to not take any hpts until 14dpo. But I know I'll be itching to so something other than bbt! So..
As of today I'm going to start
-drinking fruit juice with frozen berries added instead of ice cubes ( once a day)
-cute out caffeine completely (no coffee, tea or fizzy) I'm only going to drink water everyday
-listen to feel good/positive music I enjoy
-enjoy the sun!
-continue taking folic acid and eat lots of raspberries and fruit to help with digestion!
-try to get my 5 a day!
-eat my veggies! Especially leafy greens!
-eat healthily! No more take always or fatty foods for my two week wait (if AF arrives I can have a cheeky McDonald's)
-exercise! It always makes me feel great when I'm finished and makes me feel healthier!
-yoga! It helps me to relax and helps me get a better nights sleep!
-breathing techniques! I have read everywhere that breathing can help with implantation as it aids blood flow! (Search it!)
What are you all doing to help with your two week wait? :)
