Baby Budget

How much did a baby change your monthly budget. We won't have child care expense, as I plan to stay home. We plan to cloth diaper, so we won't have much expense in terms of diapers (after our initial investment). What as a FTM am I missing?? I assume our grocery bill will go up some, but I'll also be cooking more if I stay home so our food expense will probably stay pretty flat. Since I'm planning to stay home I just want to make sure all expenses our accounted for and were prepared to manage on just my husbands income.
